    With over a decade of experience in film, photography, and audio-visual production, Simeon bridges creative vision with operational execution. His leadership ensures projects move seamlessly from concept to completion while maintaining the collaborative culture that defines Fourth House.

    A lifelong student of film and media, Simeon believes true mastery comes from preparation, focus, and pushing beyond natural talent. His work continues to shape the company’s creative identity and production excellence.

  • Yoshua Israel, Chief Executive Officer & Head of Strategy

    Yoshua Israel serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fourth House Creatives, overseeing long-term strategy, partnerships, and company expansion. As Head of Strategy, he focuses on building scalable systems around storytelling—turning creative work into sustainable infrastructure.

    Dwayne “WayneShotIt” Johnson is a visual storyteller and creative executive at Fourth House Creatives, as well as the founder of WayneShotIt Visuals LLC. Known for his cinematic eye and disciplined execution, Wayne specializes in high-quality video production and professional photography that blends technical precision with authentic storytelling.

    His work spans corporate campaigns, live events, branded content, and documentary-style visuals—always grounded in clean composition, intentional lighting, and clarity of message. Wayne’s approach is built on reliability, strong communication, and delivering visuals that not only look polished but feel real.

  • Davon Williams, Production Assistant

    Davon William brings a unique blend of creative vision and organizational skill to his role as Production Assistant. His passion for filmmaking stems from the ability to bring visions to life and capture special moments that tell amazing stories, making him an invaluable asset to any production team.

    Beyond the camera, Davon is deeply immersed in the music world as an independent artist, spending his spare time diving into production and recording. This musical background has given him an exceptional understanding of rhythm and timing—skills that translate seamlessly into his film work, where he's also a talented drummer.

    Davon's professional aspirations center on living off his art while maintaining the creative freedom that comes with project-based work.

    Guided by his personal mantra of "always be better than yesterday," Davon approaches every project with what he calls a "Kobe mentality"—striving to do everything to the best of his ability and ensuring continuous improvement.     Jaylan Cayeton is the Lead Photographer for Fourth House Creatives in North Carolina, specializing in capturing authentic moments through photography while expanding his creative range into videography. He is passionate about creating content that people can genuinely enjoy—work that feels personal, intentional, and meaningful.

    With a long-term goal of pursuing photography and videography full time, Jalyan is driven by the desire to have his work seen, trusted, and appreciated by a wide audience. He values collaboration and sees his role within Fourth House Creatives as a key step toward building lasting relationships with clients who trust him to document their most important moments.

    Grounded in a philosophy of growth, Jalyan believes in embracing new challenges without fear of failure, understanding that progress comes from trying, learning, and improving every day. He focuses on staying present—freeing his mind from the weight of past mistakes or future worries—to give his best in each moment. Outside of work, he enjoys anime, playing pool, and gaming, and while naturally reserved, he brings a calm, welcoming energy that helps others feel comfortable on set.

    Ben Young bringings a strong attention to detail and a deep appreciation for music and creative culture to every shoot. He plays a key role in supporting productions by helping ensure sets run smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

    Ben’s primary strengths include production support, on-set operations, and technical assembly and breakdown. Known for his positive attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed, he is a dependable presence on set and a valuable part of the production team.

    Johnathan McGee serves as Audio & Production Associate at Fourth House Creatives LLC, supporting on-set production and post-production workflows with a focus on audio engineering and technical setup.

    A recent graduate of Delta State University with a concentration in Audio Engineering Technology, Johnathan brings a strong foundation in sound design, audio manipulation, and studio operations. At Fourth House, he assists in preparing photo and video shoots, managing equipment setup, and supporting production teams to ensure smooth execution on set.

    With hands-on experience in both music studio environments and live production, Johnathan is continuing to expand his expertise in videography and video editing, contributing to the technical precision that underpins each project.
